The Texas Standard schedule
One subscription all year — the cadence follows the grass: weekly March–October, biweekly November–February. About 40 visits a year at one flat rate that never changes with the season.
Adjustments (only when they apply)
- Near active service: modest distance adjustment (~25%) when your home is slightly outside an active neighborhood block
- Front-yard only: 30% off when back-yard access is not needed
